What does a custom printed tape order look like from design to actual use? This enba WINES & MORE project brings the three stages together: the artwork proof, the finished rolls and photos of the tape sealing the customer's wine cartons.
StickBond completed 800 rolls of 48mm x 50m custom logo packing tape on October 1, 2026. Production took 9 days. The design pairs a burgundy background with a repeating white logo. The customer has given permission to share the brand and product photos in this case study.

1. Artwork: making the logo repeat work at 48mm width
The artwork shows three repeated logo units across a 350mm printing layout, with approximately 116.67mm from one repeat to the next. It also marks a graphic height of 35mm within the 48mm tape width.

Print repeat is different from roll length. The 350mm dimension describes the printing layout; each finished roll contains 50m of tape. When preparing your own design, confirm the width, readable logo size and repeat spacing separately from the meters per roll.
For this design, the white lettering stands out against the burgundy field. A physical sample is useful when exact color matching matters: a screen proof and a photograph can look different under different lighting.
2. Finished rolls: 800 rolls produced in 9 days
The production photo shows a finished printed roll held above a carton of individually wrapped rolls. It provides a closer view of the logo and background on the actual tape, rather than only a digital mockup.

The confirmed production period for this 800-roll order was 9 days, with completion on October 1, 2026. A new order needs its own confirmed production schedule, based on the specification, artwork approval and current production arrangements.
3. Customer use: branded tape on wine cartons
The customer-supplied photos show the tape across the top seam of white wine cartons. The burgundy strip gives the white logo a distinct background while the original carton printing remains visible around it. The repeated design can be seen along the sealing strip and over the edge of the box.

These photos document the appearance and use of this order. They are not a laboratory adhesion test or a claim that tape alone protects glass bottles. Carton strength, bottle dividers, cushioning, sealing method and handling conditions must be considered separately.
What other packaging buyers can learn from this project
- Review the tape on your actual carton. A layout on screen does not show how the logo will sit across a box seam or fold over an edge.
- Specify meters per roll when comparing quotes. This order used 50m rolls; another roll length changes the amount of tape supplied.
- Separate production from shipping. Ask for the production estimate and freight estimate as two distinct parts of the schedule.
- Confirm the functional specification as well as the design. Share carton surface, packed weight, application method and storage conditions before choosing a tape specification.
